Is it necessary to create an account?

Yes, to protect the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, you need to create an account. 

Taiwanese customers need to register an account by ID card number, while foreign customers need to register by passport number.

When picking up the goods, you will be asked to provide your ID or passport number. Please make sure that the information you provide is correct.

Click on the verification letter link that is sent to your email to activate your account before shopping.

If you cannot pick up the goods due to incorrect information, we will not take any responsibility.


About shopping & shipping

All the products on site are in stock. We will ship in orders.


Is there a purchase limit?

Each account can only purchase two units per product. (For example, Poster A*2, Postcard set B*2, Pin B*2, and so on.)

There might be cancelations if we find lots of the same orders at the same time.


Will the items be stock again? When?

Due to the uncertainty of the situation and the production schedule, some overseas products will not be able to restock again.

The restocking time of Taiwanese special exhibition goods will according to the production capacity. 

You can come back to the exhibition or our website anytime for the latest information.

 

What types of payment methods can I use?

We accept “Credit Cards” and “Bank Transfers” for orders from Taiwan. 

For overseas payment, We only accept “Credit Cards”. 

The charges are always made in New Taiwan Dollars and the actual price will depend upon the exchange rate of the date when you make the payment. 

We don’t accept payment in cash or other payment methods.

 

Can multiple orders be merged or kept?

Multiple orders cannot be merged or kept.

Please finish the payment within a valid period. 

If the payment is not completed within the specified time, the order will be automatically canceled and you won’t have a second chance to make your order.

 

Should I contact the website after completing the payment? When will the money be transferred?

When you complete the payment, the system will automatically update the payment status to “paid”. We will arrange the order as soon as possible.

The received payment confirmation differs as the following: 

Credit card: We will receive the payment confirmation immediately.

Bank transfers: 30 mins~3 hrs. It depends on each bank’s conditions.


How can I check the order status?

Please sign in to your account, click “My Account” and find “Orders” to check your order status.

 

If I forget my password?

Please click “forgot your password” at the bottom of the log-in page and enter your email address. We will send you a password reset email.

Please click the link in the email and reset your password.

 

What does the Order Status mean respectively?

Pending: Your order is completed and waiting for our approval.

Accepted: We received and accepted your order.

Canceled: The order has been canceled.

 

What does the Shipping Status mean respectively?

Unfulfilled: The order has been picked by our warehouse and is waiting for dispatch.

Delivered: The order has been delivered to the pick-up spot.

 

 

Cancellation & Returns & Exchanges


How can I cancel the order if I make a mistake in my order?

Every user can only make the reservation order once.

The false of the order cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure your order is correct before checking out.

 

How can I exchange the products?

The product can be returned if it is within 7 business days from the delivery of the package, for reasons such as defective. 

If the product has dirt, damage, loss of components, the exchange cannot be accepted.

There is no return or exchange for food.

If there is a lack of components, we will issue the refund directly.
